Happy Belated Birthday
The time has come again, to celebrate another year of The Red String publications! 😀 In 2012, excerpts from our articles appeared in Genevieve Magazine (Issue 88, Pg. 94), and were used by the CHOP Foundation. We talked about interesting personalities like Steve Jobs, Andrew Huang, and Egoraptor... and supported programs like REACH for college, as well as causes like the Kony 2012 movement. All of this, in addition to our usual discussions of various life topics.
A few things changed around the blog as well. We updated our design, improved our email notification system, and made it a bit easier to read and navigate. To better reach you, we also went social with Facebook and Twitter; and last but not least, we introduced a brand new column called The Red String Twists which brings more regular content to our Facebook fans and Twitter followers. This has replaced our Yarns column for contributed articles - they are now featured along with our regular content.
As you can see, we've been pretty busy; and despite a four-month lapse from May to August in 2012, we have managed to generate over 100 articles. So as you read the things that we think are the best of the lot, know that there's plenty more where that came from - and don't hesitate to stop by and take a look for yourself.
