Running Lean
Recently I've had trouble reading any book to completion. I tend to start and stop like this car, and I feel about the same way about it.
I can't honestly remember how I acquired Running Lean, but it's been in my iPad library for ages. A brief reading has shown it to be about a business strategy for quantifiably growing projects towards financial success.
It's quite interesting because the process described is designed for small startups, and quick turn around - and thereby simplifies or outright avoids most of the recommended tedium involved in business planning. So check it out, you just might like it. Especially if you have plans of starting a small business.
