Happy New Year Everybody! Welcome to 2022. As the year begins, I have spent my time looking through all my journal entries for 2021. It turns out that 2021 was my first full year of journaling! So big ups to me! There was a lot to look over, and reflect upon, from my weekly diary entries to my devotionals, task lists and goal tracking.

I discovered that for the most part, as long as I kept an item on my to-do list, I would eventually accomplish it - that is apart from one particular goal... and that goal was to write my next book. So this year, I have made that particular goal, my New Year's Resolution and I aim to have a Manuscript ready before the end of the year.

I remember how earlier in my journalling journey some of these benefits were completely new to me. But now, after a year plus of journalling, it all seems second nature.  The initial benefits I experienced, like keeping on task and appreciating the impermanence of moods, are still there and must be compounding I believe, as I get more and more things done.

I Kept a Weekly Journal for 4 Months and This Is What I Learned
This week marks my 16th week of keeping a weekly journal - and in that time, my journal has evolved

Now, I track all my goals and accomplish more of my tasks without any fanfare - and I believe that is the way it is supposed to be. So as we begin 2022, and I continue writing my third book, I encourage you to try out the journalling lifestyle - be it daily, weekly, or even monthly, and see what it can do for you.
